NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE COMPETITIONS ON THE Get Me A Ticket WEBSITE.

These are the rules ('Official Rules') that apply to all Competitions hosted on www.getmeaticket.co.uk
(the "Get Me A Ticket Website"). If you do not comply with the Official
Rules you may be disqualified from all Competitions without further
notice.
Individual open and close dates for Competitions are featured in the
individual Competition terms and conditions. Please read these as you
enter each Competition.
False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible.

Eligibility
You are eligible to enter a Competition if you are:
a UK citizen or a legal resident of the UK at all times during the Competition;
18 years old or older on the open date of the Competition;
not an employee, agent, affiliate, officer or director of Lifestyles
Online Limited, Get Me A Ticket or of any advertiser, promotion agency,
fulfilment agency or agent of Lifestyles Online Limited, or of anyone
else professionally connected with any Competition, nor a family member
of any of these;
human - any use of electronic devices to enhance or alter your odds of winning will count as a false or deceptive entry;
an active (i.e. currently subscribed) member of the Get Me A Ticket
site at the date of entering the Competition and on the close date of
the Competition ;
entering a Competition on or after the open date and on or before the close date of that Competition; and
otherwise compliant with all the Official Rules.
Get Me A Ticket may require you to provide proof that you are eligible
and the authorised account holder of the email addresses used to enter
a Competition. "Authorised account holder" means the natural person to
whom the email address in question has been assigned by an Internet
service provider, online service provider, or other organisation (e.g.
business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning
email addresses for the domain associated with the email address.
If you fail to provide all required information you may be disqualified.
It is a condition of entry that all information given is true, current and full.
You may not enter using multiple email addresses or as multiple
participants. You are allowed only one entry, per entrant, per
competition. If you attempt to use multiple addresses or enter more
than once, you may be disqualified from all Competitions.
Get Me A Ticket undertakes to use reasonable efforts to maintain
adequate email, internet and other communication links but is not
otherwise responsible for and shall not be liable for:
late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries;
telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network,
Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties;
errors in transmission; or
prize deliveries attempted but not received.
If you are disqualified, Get Me A Ticket is under no obligation to publish this fact on this site or anywhere else.

Prizes

Details of individual prize values can be found in individual Competition terms and conditions.
Get Me A Ticket reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize
of equal or greater value or a cash alternative at any time and for any
reason, e.g. if the advertised prize is no longer available.
Get Me A Ticket cannot guarantee the prize shown will be the same as
the prize awarded. All images of prizes are shown for illustrative
purposes only.
Any Competition shown on the Get Me A Ticket Website may be conducted over one or more other websites simultaneously.
The prize winner for each Competition will be chosen randomly from all valid entries received.
Each Prize will be delivered to the home address of the prize winner.
Please allow twenty-eight (28) days for delivery unless otherwise
stated in the relevant individual Competition terms and conditions.
Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable" will
result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

Entry
By entering any Competition, entrants agree to accept and be bound by
all terms of these Official Rules and by all decisions of Get Me A
Ticket.
By registering with the Get Me A Ticket website, or entering any Get Me
A Ticket or partner sponsored Competitions you agree that Get Me A
Ticket may share your registration information with its partners (and
you agree to receive offers from Get Me A Ticket and such partners)
which may be stated in your respective registration and Competition
entries. Such offers will be sent only by Get Me A Ticket and its
partners, all of whom agree to use your registration information only
as stated and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1994.For
further information please see our Privacy Policy.
To enter you must complete the registration process. If required you
must confirm your entry by clicking on the "CONFIRM MEMBERSHIP" link in
the confirmation email sent to your email address.
Any of your dealings with or participation in promotions offered by
clients of Get Me A Ticket , including the delivery of and the payment
for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or
representations associated with such dealings or promotions, are solely
between you and the partner.
Get Me A Ticket shall not be responsible or liable for any part of any such dealings or promotions.
After confirming your entry, you may, at any time opt out of receiving
the emails by visiting editing your registration (by clicking 'Update
your details' on the Get Me A Ticket website). You can also edit your
contact preferences via this link.

How to win
Competition winners will be randomly chosen by a representative of
Lifestyles Online Ltd (the "Judge") on or around the stated closing
date from all eligible entries received .
All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and
the prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the
winning entry.
The decisions of Lifestyles Online Ltd will be final and binding in all
matters regarding any Competition and no correspondence will be entered
into.
Each winner's full name and county will be included on the 'Winners'
page of the Get Me A Ticket website and other websites on which the
relevant Competition was featured. Winners may be required to supply a
photograph for publication and/or take part in further reasonable
promotional activities.
If you are a winner, you may be required to sign affidavits of
eligibility, liability releases and, except where prohibited by law,
publicity releases and return these within five (5) days.
In the event that:
such affidavits and releases are not signed;
any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable; or
the winner otherwise declines or fails to properly claim his or her prize within five (5) days of notification
that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be
selected by random drawing at Get Me A Ticket's sole discretion.

Competitions Entered on Other Sites
Competitions entered on sites other than the Get Me A Ticket Website
and its sub-pages are not bound by these Official Rules. Please refer
to the rules and terms and conditions on the relevant website for more
details.

General Conditions
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence
of Get Me A Ticket, Get Me A Ticket expressly disclaims any
responsibility and each participant hereby agrees to release and to
hold Get Me A Ticket (and its employees, officers, directors, , agents,
marketing partners and affiliates) harmless from any and all losses,
damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with any
prize or resulting from the delivery, acceptance and/or subsequent use
or misuse of any prize.
Get Me A Ticket (and its employees, officers, directors, agents,
marketing partners and affiliates) are not responsible for any
condition caused by events beyond the control of Get Me A Ticket that
may cause the Competition to be disrupted.
Any information or data you provide on this website will be managed by
Lifestyles Online Ltd as detailed in these Official Rules. Lifestyles

Get Me A Ticket reserves the right to modify scheduling of any Get Me A
Ticket or partner-sponsored Competition without prior notice at any
time and for any reason.
Get Me A Ticket reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Get Me A
Ticket or partner sponsored Competition without notice at any time and
for any reason.
In the event of termination, suspension or modification of a
Competition, Get Me A Ticket may, in its sole discretion, elect to
award the prize to a winner randomly drawn from among all participants
who have validly entered the Competition by that time.

If you would like to enter a Competition without registering with Get
Me A Ticket, please send a postcard with your name, address, email
address and the name of the competition to:
